House Report
A new, electric hot water heater was installed in the bath house, replacing an old gas heater. The work was done by Dale Brogan.
House usage was way down, although a group did visit over the 4th of July holiday.
Financial Reports
Income was way down in 2011, but we still managed to finish the year in the black. A healthy balance carried over in our checking account provides us some cushion. We hope to increase donations next year.

Twenty Payne descendants joined Club Payne in 2011. Mike Perkins succeeded David Rose as President, and Evan Lacke succeeded Mike Stockwell as Treasurer. A new checking account was set up for Club Payne at Citizens First in Charleston, SC.
