House news
Though we did not raise enough money to do the waterproofing on the windows as we had hoped, we did have shut-off valves installed so the water can be cut off to the bath house when guests are using the house bathroom only. This will make winter stays more feasible.
We were unable to do a more major project – the last of what we consider “water tightening” of the house. The roof and bathhouse were done in 2017. The windows in the main house are what need repair to prevent leakage into the exterior walls. If membership dues do not raise enough money to tackle this project, we may do a special “Go Fund Me” in late summer or early fall.
Financial News
We had a small surplus at the end of the year, and the cushion in our checking account is growing again.

Club News
The Club increased to 32 members this year, equaling our all-time high. The Board voted a status of “Honorary Member” for certain people who have been critical to Lone Mountain over the years. It does not require any donation, nor does it entail any dissolution rights. It does, however, allow the member to use the LMH at member rates.
Bill Chumley and Jay Taylor, widowers of long-time Club Payne members, Peggy Payne Chumley and Betsy Rose Taylor, were elected to be the first two Honorary Club Payne Members.
