House Report It came to our attention this year that we had substantial problems with leaking in the kitchen and both upstairs bedrooms. House Report A new, electric hot water heater was installed in the bath house, replacing an old gas heater. The work was done by Dale Brogan. House Report Club Payne made an agreement with Dale Brogan to keep an eye on the house for $50 per month. He will turn water on and off for guests, including winterizing the house in winter and turning everything back on in spring. His main responsibility will be to keep plumbing from freezing in winter.
